Returns
Because our products are consumable, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused items within
30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return: - The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Please contact info@dnamushrooms.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior
approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your
refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will not be issued for: - Opened or partially used products - Digital items or gift cards - Returns
requested after 14 days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at
info@dnamushrooms.com with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund your item promptly.
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original
product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping may
be deducted from your refund.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive
a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship
throughout the United States.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75 (after discounts, before tax)
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24
hours for tracking details to update.

Delayed or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses. If your
package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

International Shipping
At this time, DNA Mushrooms only ships within the United States. We hope to expand international
shipping options soon.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once your order has been shipped,

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@dnamushrooms.com within 7 days of delivery with
photos of the damaged product(s). We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
