body mushroom extracts. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to feel confident in every
purchase.
Returns
Because our products are consumable, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused items within
30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return: - The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Please contact info@dnamushrooms.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior
approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your
refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will not be issued for: - Opened or partially used products - Digital items or gift cards - Returns
requested after 14 days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at
info@dnamushrooms.com with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund your item promptly.
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original
product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping may
be deducted from your refund.
